ABOUT
David, the founder of Kingham Cooper Interiors, graduated in 2009 from Buckinghamshire New University with a first in Spatial Design. David has been working with Interiors since 2006; originally beginning in 2002 where he started trading in painted French furniture. His passion for design primarily developed from his childhood with his mother, a well respected interior seamstress. He has worked on a variety of projects, from designing floor plans for social housing units, to working in private residences. David has always been fascinated by people's relationship with their domestic and working environment and challenging preconceived ideas of the environment we live in.
In May 2010, David opened his first interior boutique in Old Beaconsfield. By collaborating vintage chandeliers, mirrors, chairs and French furniture, he portrays personality, energy and individuality through his work. David's interiors are opulent and colourful, consisting of luxurious fabrics from Designers Guild and The Isle Mill. His style introduces anything from a paper mache sculpture to a 19th century mirror providing a diverse selection of furnishings. David works closely with a team of specialised craftsmen, who ensure that each client's requirements are identified with personally.
